You can delete your Popoto account at any time. It removes your profile and everything you told Popoto, it happens straight away, and it cannot be undone.
Open Popoto and go to My page → Account settings → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm once, and then you are signed out.
If you no longer have the app installed, write to privacy@teamremited.com from the email address linked to your Google or Apple sign-in, and ask us to delete your Popoto account. We will confirm and complete it within 30 days.
We keep the record of which merchant links were opened and which purchases the affiliate network reported back to us. Those are accounting records for commissions already settled between us and our partners, so we are not able to remove them on request. Once your account is deleted they are no longer connected to your name, your email address, or your Google or Apple account.
Our Privacy Policy sets out how long each kind of record is kept.
Cashback that has not been paid out is forfeited when you delete your account. If you have a confirmed balance you want, withdraw it first and wait until the payout is complete.
Write to privacy@teamremited.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission at pdpc.gov.sg.
